One from systems of fighting the infringement on rights

    There are many different ways to insure some social rights for people in the economic side, and to make the equality more efficiency between them in distribution & redistribution of wealth in way that all people of nation feel by equality and justice. I don’t mean to distribute and give to anybody a certain amount of money “NO”, but according to specified rules and for people who really deserve we can guarantee a certain positive results after a while. We always need to discover the world and learn from experiences of different nations – useful experiences – to choose the best for applying them in life as models, today I want to talk about one mechanism in the same context (redistribution of wealth) and share you the information which i know about, it isn’t just a theory but it’s existing in fact.

    “AZ-ZAKAH” it’s the first organized system in history devoted to realise this purpose, it is not just a way to make charity, but it’s an obligation on rich people to give (to acquit) 0.4% (in every year) for the poor.  This system is defined by 3 verses are revealed on Mohammed: the 1^st imposes on the government to take this ratio through an administrative organization (it looks like taxes in first time). In this fact; the rich people believe absolutely that they apply their faith well when undertaking that (dogmatic obligation), and that’s useful for their moral, for their psyches, their feeling and mood as well. Because they obey a religious order and they know properly where their money will go in the end.

    The 2^nd verse assigns precisely the kind of people in society who deserve really a proportion of this wealth (they’re mentioned in 8 different kinds from people). The 3^rd verse show us a moral (ethical) value between people that they don’t ask anyone for money in order to satisfy their needs, and they should be satisfied by the disposable resources the most possible of time.

    The purpose from this system is to guarantee social and economic rights respecting the various segments of society. Furthermore; the people who get this income -in respectful way- they don’t feel anything bad like deprivation or shortcoming. All this harmony inside the society is coming from the interference of faith in the conduct of state. Because of the ethical values derived from belief and everyone can feel the worth of his existence with no marginalization, then a lot of social diseases will disappear from the social life because of the satisfaction feeling (we find a social equilibration). This is not everything; other procedures also are applied in order to organizing more and cover every form of instability (like: preventing the usury and resisting against the monopoly, and decreasing the inflation).

    Of course we can’t please all people 100%, but you can teach them how to be pleasant and satisfied in their lives and this mechanism can play an important role instead of actual tax measures and it results will be more practical and efficacy than now. In the ruling of Omar ibn Abdul-Aziz; the nation reached a perfect application for these rules into society on a very big area in that age, but sadly these amazing solutions aren’t applied in their home countries today because all legislations and laws are inherited from the colonial institutions of the 20th century.

    I’m sure that there are many creative solutions in our world, to save resources, time, and more positive effects, besides to avoid complexities, and only we don’t know or never heard about them until now, but they deserve to consider them, get lessons and look toward the best world.

The income inequality and its effects

    Statistics: The richest 1 percent of the world's population has access to nearly 14 percent of global income, while 20 percent of the poorest people are getting on the 1 percent only.

   The main economic challenge in our century is to decrease the immense gap in the incomes between people in the same country, and insure the most possible of transparency in the redistribution of wealth. All the disposable ways and procedures for achieving that goal are working within partial efficiency, which means that the inequality of income is a big problem in every country not only in the economic aspect; but also social and ethical sides in society as well. In many economies, the fiscal policy is used to maintain the financial system for supporting the economic efficiency (e.g: to reduce the tax evasion or cutting unproductive expenditures), then to spend these revenues more equitably.

   “Many policy makers view a more equal income distribution as a desirable goal, although the underlying motivations may differ. Lower income inequality is often viewed as important for achieving greater equality of opportunities to access economic, social, and political resources.”

   A lot of economists say that this inequality is useful for the economic growth, but today they believe by the contrast of that. Because of many social and ethical advantages coming by reducing the inequality affect positively on the economy. And the most used measure (to show what happen in fiscal policy and to measure its trend in every country) is GINI coefficient (from 0 “absolute equality” to 1 “complete inequality”). “The failure to redistribute income may also reflect a political reality, but it can be limited through more of conscious government policies.”

   Disposable Solutions: Fiscal policy has played a significant role in reducing income inequality in advanced economies, especially in economies with high initial pre-tax and transfer inequality.

   The government’s fiscal policies were a logical reaction to reduce the income inequality over time, especially in the advanced economies through direct taxes (like the income taxes) and indirect (like the expenditure on the education and healthcare or public pensions) to reach a positive points in contributing of growth of economy. And the studies viewed that many countries achieved a substantive progress in decreasing the inequality, but these policies weren’t efficient enough in longer-term.

   “Some economists said that the pursuing the equality can reduce the efficiency and the incentive to work and incest.” Furthermore; “the poor will not receive all the money that is taken from the rich.”

    I copy the same example I found in interesting article about this matter, when the tide is rising, it lifts all boats and helps whether the big and small boats in the port. Where the focusing is only on the small boats can lead to indirect help for all equally. In other way; the government subsidy (financial support) must be oriented to serve the fragile classes in society by projection on them in assigned methods guarantee the proper channel until the targeted people.

   “Still, there may be some win-win policies, such as better-targeted subsidies, better access to education for the poor that improves equality of economic opportunity, and active labour market measures that promote employment.”

Other victims in the societies (part 02)

   Another face to the same situation: (the details of laws in several articles in order to organize well the relationships, the labour market, families, upbringing and care of children), this large quantity or different articles make the social life more difficult because of immobility in these laws. When these articles are detailed to provide more protection and care for different categories in society. But the fact is looking a little different, when these laws bring some risks on family ties and probably to destroy its relations because of no flexibility in the laws and all articles are written by some bare minds from any emotional senses or humanitarian aspects, it’s an abstract law and not enough to cover all society’s sides and circumstances.

   Sometimes I think that we can make robots to manage issues and to announce provisions, without any need to human in these judgments. To tell the truth; the human legislations can’t never cover all matters occur in the society; therefore we need always a proportion of moralities and interference of the human aspect to complete the shortage of the abstract laws.

   Honestly the world today creates many fears. I saw many families can’t live together because of illogical reasons because the law imposes on the family members to live separately when the parents can’t provide the suitable care for children, therefore the government takes them to orphanage, or the separation between couples from different nationalities in reason that they don’t demonstrate substantial evidences for their living together under the same roof. A lot of issues are so clear to make decisions about them, but the details in laws through some articles hamper to go directly to this decisions and the problem  expands more and more.

   It hurts me a lot when I see some families can’t live a normal life like every family, when the laws make the life difficult to some people because the missed link in the matter is the emotional part and our laws are empty from every sense of humanity. And for example, instead to help the low-incomes’ families by governmental programs, they demonstrate their no-ability and spend more expenditures on making solutions for these demonstrations.

What we should do in that situation now?

   I know that the laws are unjust sometimes for some people because they aren’t enough to treat certain issues. But when you can’t get what you want like I said the first example above; why do you think its failure? Maybe only because the results can't come quickly, they need a little time more to come, you should be patient in your steps, to don't give up, and this is an important factor to continue the life normally. And the livelihoods’ ways are available constantly to everyone, only the necessary conditions didn’t gathered yet together, soon that’ll be changed and that’ll be your chance. In other words; never lose your hope about circumstances better for you than you are now.

    I appreciate very much the associative activities from several associations to help these people to fulfilment their goals in life and realize what’s necessary for them to continue a normal life, also the local agencies which provide some services to integrate people in context of certified lifestyle with some innovative solutions to avoid many social problems and conflicts, these activities can allowing to governments to look back in previous steps and correct some rules to reform better the society and give certain rights for a normal life to a wide segment in society. 

Other victims in the societies (part 01)

   the lifestyles are the accumulation of habits and doings during many generations, and now we see many things in our lives so important to continue this life, maybe some among them are necessary really, but the problem is when the human becomes like a machine in the daily life, thinks only how to do that, how can i get this or that, ...etc. It's the nature of human to think, develop and enhance, but a lot of thoughts are wrong when we consider them obligatory to live (priority than other things).

   We got in this life many stumbles to limit our vision to horizons, maybe they came from close people, from the general direction in the country (through stupid policies of half-leaders maybe...etc). and the people who are victims to these situation, and we can find them in every country, why they look like victims, because they’re skilled people, educated, young (and you can imagine the power of youth age) all these advantages, but they haven’t anything in life, and don’t get any half opportunity to achieve something, and the wise among them feel that they’re burden on their families, their friends, their societies. They suffer from these situations, then another failure, and maybe third, fourth, ..etc, in different sides in life. In the midst of these conditions, their failures in fact, maybe small, negligible or a little immense but they still failures until now, right, and this is the problem.

   The different events start to accumulate, and in your mind also you start be convinced it's a true crisis, because you still haven't meet any positive thing for few days or weeks (in your mind you think that, because you just see in this way now).

   When these people met a failure for some certain reasons, they thought that the problem is in them, it’s true relatively in somehow but not absolutely, because of many factors are playing in the events and they can interfere in them. “I saw in one document some people who quit the life of today, and preferred the free life in the forest without any exaggerated confines made of the lifestyles in society today, only because they felt by the hypocrisy in the society and it isn’t appropriate to live. They don’t believe it. and remember! You’ll lose the taste of the life if you haven’t any purpose and you don’t do anything in that way to achieve something.

   As we said in the previous articles, that many people suffer in this world, not because they haven’t chance to work something or to give an addition, or they can’t be productive, although they’re ready and eligible to give an additional value, but the problem is in their environment where they couldn’t get an interesting progress because the opportunities are null.

   Another view on the topic; a lot of people are qualified and skilled in their jobs, but they’re fired because they didn’t like the oppression and they wanted to apply in reality their rights. They thought it's easy to do, but in the end; they look like guilty people because they didn’t prefer to keep the silence on unjust matters, because they though really that the government can guarantee their rights and they talked in absolute democracy when they ask their needs and rights, whereas they become disappointed unfortunately and chocked from that.

    Not only that; but they can’t even find a new job in reason of “you threaten the standing of our company, you probably put a crucial case in our company or bring a menace” I saw a report about some people in this situation who feel destroyed and they can’t succeed to have a new job ‘they’re not accepted” when they apply to do. Is it fair enough? I don’t think so it’s a disaster in our century, this 21^st century.

Religion & State: There is no separation in reality (Part 03)

    I’m still giving more arguments about the matter of religion in life, and how the life is very complicated because of these interferences in ways that we don’t see them clearly, but they’re true.

   Today people and nations deal each other in starting from their religious backgrounds, they behave in starting from that it’s the modernization of the new century (new age), that the life imposes it, it’s their understanding to the democracy, and liberty of speech in somehow. They deny the effects of this background on their opinions and views and they try to find a different explanation. Certainly the foreign affairs in every government work in order to guarantee benefits and if we focus on the matter, we’ll see the deep roots of those benefits in religious aspects.

  We can find this effect in every decision, every treatment or deal, so it’s available always as a factor among us using in everywhere, we can’t deny the existing of religious background in the life.

   Practically we can’t separate between these two aspects in everything we do it in life. And I add one more thing. In philosophy the philosophers talked a lot about one important issue, it’s the relationship between the topic and the person who’s studying it? Sometimes the way of events’ organization imposes on you the way how to interpret then to react according to your previous knowledge for many years.

   And it’s called “the regularity of shapes”, the simple example is to draw an arc and ask many people to continue the drawing, the majority (if I don’t say all of them) will complete the arc and draw a circle. Why they don’t draw another form and they have in mind only the circle at the first glance. That’s because depending on the previous knowledge which the person got throughout many years. Furthermore; when I look at the history I distinguish clearly the same effects with these backgrounds.

   Now tell me! Does the interference of your religious background on your deals bring a qualitative addition in your life? What’s the positive effect on your way to see and treat everything happening around you? Don’t you think that this intervention can be unjust sometimes; where you’re mistaken you get wrong opinions, wrong convictions and you believe that you’re certainly right?

   I want you think about this matter to attain answers for controlling more yourself and limit the interference when it is not logical and not wise to not react awfully or not to do something stupid that you’ll regret after it.

   In the next articles, I’ll try to discuss another part from our daily life, and the some problems are in our societies coming from people themselves according to the laws.

Religion & State: There is no separation in reality (part 2)

    All details in our life today are accumulations of several experiments and it’s possible that they came only from the human mind “alone”, but it’s based on truths overriding this human and derived from a great power in the universe who brought this law (which it’s represented in religious legislation “coming from the god and not the part made of people under religious cover”).

    These rules are approved (agreed) with our instincts and the social heritage during many centuries, therefore they –the rules- organize better the life from spiritual aspect through all religions of humanity.

    In everywhere; airports, hotels, institutions …etc we find the toilets are separated why? Why we feel awful when we see bad behaviour, but we enjoy and feel pleasant about the good deeds? Why we’ve this impression. We sleep at night while we awake on day to strive and work. When people break the rule which organize well the nature of relationships between man and woman, our societies become more unstable. If we search more, we’ll see many great social values and decencies came from our pure religions and they still until now in our customs.

   How can we make this separation, and the religion is a part from the family relations and social life between people even the relationship between the sexes is controlled by the faith, especially if we talked about the celebrated religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) and all these matters enter in the state governance.

   Can you see how much the faith influences on our thoughts, behaviours, our decisions and deals in unintentional way?

   Everyone asks himself about the reasons why he likes or dislikes this or that? All feelings, like hate, revenge, love, are controlled by his religion (I gather all mankind in the same side, even the agnostics and atheist are certainly human religions made of themselves *). I can make an easy question here does your faith hamper (prevent) you to decide something in your life? In other way; was your belief the cause to change an opinion about someone, then some people, or change your decisions in life? Nobody can answer me “NO” because we all do that in life, the most important question now is there any way to control it when the guidance is wrong on me? And there is a way to distinguish between the positive and negative effects of religion in your views and convictions?

*All habits and traditions which the human abides them is his religion, whether it was based on belief in god or not.

Religion & State: There is no separation in reality (part 01)

The principle of the separation between “religion” and “state/power (government institutions)”, it appeared in order to release the mind from the myth, to reducing the power of religious authorities in the state, which brought the materiality sense on all moralities’ sources.

This principle is one of the most important principles and great achievements for the modern democracy of the new “century”. The purpose was to guarantee the absolute freedom for everyone without any authority which limits this liberty. But in the reality this separation didn’t realised at all.

The link between the two matters is existing always. It’s a part of the social psychological, in the people’s convictions even the majority don’t know about it and in fact it’s existing inside them. They tell opinions they decide, they behave according to their religious convictions. The public activities are influenced by religious beliefs and practices when the gaol -from this policy in life- was quite the opposite.

Probably it’s not so clear when the treatment is between people who have this side in common ( in the same area), when they cross the distances to far nations, new customs and traditions, new religions, new lifestyles, in that time they’ll feel the difference in treatment and vice versa.

One simulation is in my mind and I imagine this story; if a person had cruel circumstances in his life, the misery and maybe the living in war, if this life made him an unorganized person (of course he still thinking to survive and to demand the better for his life), but in the first meeting with “the civilized” person (like all people understand this word) should not expect to get a formal treatment from him, simply because the first doesn’t know exactly how to undertake that and his psychological condition is already broken. In order we hope to get the understanding from the second person to manage that. But if he wants to be standing against him through new technologies or maybe weapons even to kill him. In my opinion, the both are beasts, because of some wrong comportments are controlling their behaviours. It’s a pity and very sad to see this tragic end. One among these compartments is the religion. Why we can’t welcome to the other only because of their faith? What are the main reasons for that? Can we find objective answers and not to relax our consciences, but to reach the truth? It’s very important to do that, and it needs to think about it too.
